Patent Grant

HostingCo System ("HostingCo") hereby grants to each recipient of the HostingCo 
software a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable 
patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise 
transfer the HostingCo software, where such license applies only to those patent 
claims licensable by HostingCo that are necessarily infringed by their 
Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s) with the HostingCo 
software to which the Contribution was submitted.

Patent License Terms

1. Definitions
   - "Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any 
     modifications or additions to the HostingCo software, submitted by HostingCo 
     to this repository.
   - "Patent Claim" means any patent claim, now owned or hereafter acquired, 
     including without limitation, method, process, and apparatus claims.
   - "HostingCo Software" means the HostingCo hosting management system and all 
     related components.

2. Grant of Patent License
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, HostingCo hereby grants 
   to each recipient a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, 
   royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license 
   to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer 
   the HostingCo software.

3. Defensive Termination
   If any patent litigation is brought against any entity alleging that the 
   HostingCo software or a Contribution incorporated within the HostingCo 
   software constitutes direct or contributory patent infringement, then any 
   patent licenses granted to that entity under this license shall terminate as 
   of the date such litigation is filed.

4. No Trademark License
   This license does not grant any rights to use the trademarks, service marks, 
   or trade names of HostingCo, except as necessary for the reasonable use of 
   the HostingCo software.

5. No Other Rights
   Except as expressly stated in this license, no other patent rights or 
   licenses are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Patent Claims Covered

This patent license covers patent claims related to:
- Hosting management system architecture
- Automated server provisioning and deployment
- Real-time monitoring and alerting systems
- Customer support ticket management
- Billing and payment processing integration
- Multi-tenant user management systems
- Database schema and data management
- API design and implementation
- Security authentication and authorization systems
- Configuration management systems

Third-Party Patent Rights

This patent license does not grant any rights to third-party patents. Users are 
responsible for ensuring their use of the HostingCo software does not infringe 
on any third-party patent rights.
